Payment and delivery

I accept payment via Paypal using all major credit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the payment system.
I will endeavour to get your goods out to you within 7 days of purchase, if it is going to take longer from my end, I will email you and let you know.

I use Paypal as my payment processor. At no time will I have sight of or store your personal payment details.

I am not responsible for delays via Royal Mail. If the pandemic and lockdown have taught us anything – it’s that delays may and do happen at times and this is out of my control once the item is in the hands of Royal Mail.

Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 15 working days after postage.


UK Shipping: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail at the flat rate displayed on your shopping cart before purchase.

Worldwide: We use various carriers to ship worldwide and shipping costs will be displayed on your shopping cart before purchase.

Returns Policy

If you would like a refund or exchange, within 14 days of purchase, please contact me.
Please note that unless the goods are damaged in transit, that goods are returned at your own cost. I request that you return goods by registered post, as I cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach me. I cannot accept returns of ‘Sweet Treat’ boxes as they are edible items and this would be unhygienic.

Damaged Goods

If your items arrive damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and contact us right away for replacements.

If you’re accidentally sent incorrect goods, these will be replaced free of charge, within 7 days of you contacting me and notifying me.

All prices on the website are correct at the time of ordering.

Items may be withdrawn from sale and removed from the websites at any time.

Free products special offers

At times I send/surprise my lovely customers with a free product. These cannot be returned for a monetary refund or substituted! Freebies are sent out at my discretion only.


As stated, products are hand-printed. From time to time, I may find that a product looks better for example, with a slightly different placement of the design on the product. You will probably not even notice (something may only be adjusted on a T-shirt for example) by 1mm or 2 for design improvement or practical reasons. A design may be made slightly bigger or smaller along the same lines. So product photographs may vary ever so slightly from the actual design by a very small amount. As my items are hand made and made to order, and I am constantly striving to improve the design and process, this is to be expected and accepted. That is the very nature of hand-made items as opposed to factory, mass-produced items. If a product is changed significantly, a new photograph will be displayed to reflect that.
